Autohellas Hertz is seeking for a Used Cars Marketplace & Sales Administrator to join its strong team in Athens!
We are looking for a Used Cars Marketplace & Sales Administrator to manage our in-house B2B marketplace platform for used car listings. Through this platform we sell vehicles directly to professionals of the automotive sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full operational management of the platform ensuring data accuracy smooth daily operations and effective communication with both clients and internal teams.
The main responsibilities will be:
Manage and maintain the companys B2B used car listing platform
Upload review and update vehicle listings
Handle data management and analysis using Microsoft Excel (pricing lists stock reports sales performance tracking)
Monitor vehicle availability and coordinate with internal departments
Communicate with existing and prospective B2B clients (car dealers and traders)
Provide platform support and resolve client inquiries
Ensure accuracy of information and compliance with internal procedures
Daily reporting of KPIs & actuals vs targets
Supporting day-to-day operational needs of the Used Cars department
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to manage large volumes of data
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work under time pressure
Previous experience in using B2B platform will be considered an asset
Previous experience in using SAP will be considered an asset
