An international organization is looking for a Junior ITHelp Desk Technician to join its Application Support Team in Porto.

Your Mission

Handle incoming requests(phone email ticketing systems) from internal and external stakeholders

Ensure high-quality customer support andsatisfaction

Manage incidents service requests and complaintsfollowing defined quality & security standards Guarantee data confidentiality and professionalsecrecy

Report anomalies incidents and systemmalfunctions

Contribute to process improvement and knowledgesharing

Help maintain and update operational procedures
