Installation & Maintenance
- Install maintain troubleshoot and repair electrical systems equipment and control systems.
- Upgrade and retrofit existing systems to meet evolving operational and safety standards.
- Support optimal performance and reliability across facility infrastructure.
- Lead electrical projects from design and planning through budgeting and execution.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with contractors vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure all work complies with local state and national electrical codes.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Promote and uphold a strong safety culture.
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently.
- Respond quickly to emergency situations to minimize downtime.
Experience
- 57 years of experience as an electrician in a facilities management industrial or commercial environment.
- Proven experience with complex electrical systems and advanced troubleshooting.
- Proficient in reading electrical schematics blueprints and technical manuals.
- Experience with PLCs motor control systems and building management systems (BMS) is a plus.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license (as required by local regulations).
- OSHA and other relevant safety certifications.
- Valid Class C drivers license.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work in varied environments including confined spaces and elevated platforms.
- Comfortable lifting moderate weights and working in physically demanding conditions.
