Collaborate on design development and maintenance of forecasting models metrics reports and dashboards to drive key business decisions for AWS India
Lead central annual planning process including goal distribution KPI setting budgeting and ongoing forecasting for AWS India operations
Contribute to strategic planning and translate strategic vision into executable annual plans with hands-on project execution
Establish and maintain forecasting models to minimize business risks and maximize growth opportunities in the Indian market
AI Transformation & Process Innovation
Transform business processes and operational tools to leverage AI capabilities and drive the organization into the AI era
Lead implementation of AI-powered analytics automation and decision-making tools across business operations
Drive adoption of generative AI and machine learning solutions to optimize forecasting planning and reporting processes
Design and implement scalable processes and procedures that accommodate business growth in volume complexity and geographic dispersion
Data Analytics & Reporting
Project manage and lead development of routine and ad-hoc analytics reports for senior management on business development initiatives and performance metrics

Drive development and execution of demand generation campaigns and propose improvements to increase business effectiveness
Performance Management & Optimization
Monitor and analyze performance against goals providing insights on business health to influence management decisions
Segment business goals and measure goal attainment across different verticals and regions
Create simple scalable solutions to complex business problems while maintaining operational efficiency
Communicate complex analytical results clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- 5 years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience defining refining and implementing sales processes procedures and policies or equivalent
- Experience developing business analytics or equivalent
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Computer Science Engineering or related field
- 5 years of finance business management and sales operations experience
