Basic Function / General Description:

Coach or provide training for layout engineer

Work with Otis selling companies for layout support

Preparing/Studying elevator layout &aesthetic fixtures

Providing final elevator layout to factory/customer

Job Responsibilities:

Support Layout engineering manager planning and management for the layout team in line with the objectives and strategies of GHR CLC.

Be responsible for to support staff competence improvement (e.g. training and coaching.)

Develop and continually improve the work processes& employee competence to adapt business requirement.

Work for layout study with sales engineering team and Otis global customer

Work for studying/preparing high speed elevator system & layout

Work for studying/preparing elevator aesthetic drawing

Work with engineering team for special layout requirement& technical study

Work with customers for improving layout skill

Basic Qualifications Work Experience & Skills Requirements:

Education: Bachelor degree or above

Experience: 5 years or above related work experience on Elevator company or mechanical/electrical design.

Language: Good in read written and spoken English

Computer Skills: Practiced in using AutoCAD Microsoft OFFICE program with VBA

Other Key Competencies: Good team work ethic; Good interpersonal and communication skill; Creative and open mind.

Basic elevator layout skill

Technical and cost analyze base on special non-standard requirements and different country code provide the best solution.
