- Position Summary
| We are hiring an Associate to Placement Enquiry process for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of business products and services within India business. The pre-placement transactions for placing policies for a client per IRDAI guidelines. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the policy life cycle and the various actions required for New Business and Renewals cycle. |
- Primary Responsibilities
- Handle booking enquiries for all potential clients on our system
- Update documents in the system ensuring all the transactions are accurately recorded and aligned with the clients requirements per IRDAI regulatory requirements
- Hold knowledge on various documentation shared with clients during placement of a policy
- Generate unique reference numbers to facilitate renewals

- Holds Technical Expertise in Policy Types and Wordings
- Understanding of best practices in business processes and quality assurance
- Commitment to maintain confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately
- Willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills to enhance audit effectiveness
