About the Opportunity

Looking for a Sourcing Analyst II to support a global sports apparel sourcing team. This hybrid contract role is based in Beaverton OR and offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally on specialty sport initiatives including global product creation and sourcing strategy.

This position is ideal for candidates with apparel or footwear manufacturing experience who thrive in data-driven collaborative environments.

Key Responsibilities

Support factory allocation and sourcing strategies
Drive cost planning activities to ensure profitability
Partner with Finance to align style-level margin targets
Collaborate with product creation supply planning materials and manufacturing teams
Analyze data to identify trends and recommend sourcing solutions
Execute sourcing strategy from concept through seasonal execution

Qualifications Required:

Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Textiles or related field (or additional experience in lieu)
3 years sourcing experience
Apparel and/or footwear manufacturing knowledge
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables formulas VLOOKUP)
Retail math understanding
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

Preferred:

Tableau or Power BI experience
Advanced PowerPoint deck building
Cross-functional matrix environment experience.

Work Details:

Hybrid role (On-site Monday Thursday; WFH Fridays)
Monday Friday 9am 5pm PST
40 hours per week
Contract duration approximately 10 12 months
