Job Summary
Description:
-Understand and follow procedures of the department for proper calibration and use of lab equipment and instruments
-Review and report analytical data
-Perform routine lab testing with accurate and timely recording of test results into the Lab Vantage QC Management tool and utilize lab reference materials and resources for testing
-Perform analytical Round Robin testing
-Participate as a member of the FS/QA Team to ensure all protocols are followed
-Ensure that all computer-generated reports are maintained and monitored on a consistent basis
-Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for the care handling and storage of beverage samples
