Job Summary

Job Summary:

This position is for a Registered Nurse with experience as a Scrub and Circulator in a CVOR setting. The RN will be responsible for responding to cardiac emergencies and will function in both scrub and circulating roles. The position requires flexibility to float between units based on unit needs and includes on-call and weekend responsibilities.
Location:Portland Oregon United States
Responsibilities:

- Responding to Cardiac Emergencies
- Functioning as a Scrub Nurse
- Functioning as a Circulating Nurse
- Floating between units as needed
- Performing patient assessments
- Administering medications
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team
Required Skills & Certifications:

- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of working
- Minimum 2 years of Scrub and Circulator experience in CVOR
- Clinical Assessment skills
- Medication Administration skills
- Treatment Planning skills
- Drivers license car insurance and automobile for field work
Preferred Skills & Certifications:

- Scrub experience
- Circulator experience
Special Considerations:

- On-call is required
- Must have a vehicle for this assignment
- May be required to float to other units and facilities
Scheduling:
- Saturday 0600-Monday 0600 once per month
- 1:1 patient ratios expected
