Start Date: 2/27 - 3/1

Shifts: AM PM

Length: Per Diem

Pay Rate:

Per diem: $18/hr.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assists clients with activities of daily living.
  • Bathing
  • Grooming
  • Dressing
  • Toileting
  • Mobility and transfers
• Prepares and serves meals based on care plans or household instructions.
• Provides assistance with feeding when required.
• Encourages hydration throughout the day.
• Provides companionship and emotional support.
• Performs light housekeeping related to client care.
  • Laundry
  • Bed making
  • Cleaning client living areas
• Assists with ambulation and safe positioning.
• Observes and reports changes in client condition to the supervisor or care coordinator.
• Follows assigned care plans and agency policies.
• Documents care activities using required forms or systems.
• Maintains client privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Treats clients families visitors and staff with courtesy.
• Maintains professionalism during all interactions.

Requirements:

Step # 1

• Resume - long-term care experience
• Current - BLS/CPR
• Skills checklist
• 1 to 2 current -Supervisor references

Step # 2

• Physical (within the last 12 months)
• PPD (within the last 12 months)
• MMR Varicella
• Hep B (or decline)
• Tdap/Flu (or decline)
• COVID results negative current
• Exams
• LGBT Training Certification
• Copy or drivers license and SS card
• Must be able to pass background/ urine drug screen
