Job Summary

Key job responsibilities
* Investigate incidents involving Flex DPs ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in all findings.
* Provide well-informed business decisions based on investigative outcomes.
* Take ownership of functional issues offering high-quality solutions and championing proactive improvements.
* Exhibit excellent individual problem-solving and analytical skills to review and investigate cases.
* Demonstrate technical competence and self-motivation thriving in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.
* Display flexibility by working within different queues and providing support as needed for additional tasks deep dives and escalations.
* Ensure compliance with established procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while achieving and maintaining high-quality and performance metrics.
- 1 years of fraud/risk investigations experience
- Experience handling customer escalations

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
