Job Summary

General Maintenance

8 Hours a day

235 days a year

High School Diploma or GED Certificate
Valid and current New Mexico Operators license
Knowledge of opeating maintenance equipment
Ability to read and interpret instruction in order to maintain warehouse/maintenance records
Knowledge of organizational pattern of the school district and the location of its employees
Demonstrated knowledge and application of maintenance procedures in the inventory of supplies and materials
Ability to perform maintenance and repairs including but not limited to interior and exterior building
Ability to perform grounds and field maintenance and landscaping as directed or scheduled
Ability to operate district equipment such as tractors mowers power equipment mechanical tools etc.
Physical abilities to perform the physical tasks required of this position
Able to use technology to perform warehouse responsibilities
Uses effective people skills to communicate
