Job Summary

As part of our Patient Registration team at our Norwalk office you will be responsible for assisting patients with the check in process for general clinic appointments and provide support to the Urgent Injury Clinic. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and maintaining efficient communication with patients and providers. You are passionate about providing an outstanding experience for our patients. This is a full-time opportunity at our Norwalk Clinic opening summer 2026.

Norwalk Clinic hours will be Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. The scheduled hours of the Urgent Injury Clinic are Monday - Thursday 10am-6pm Friday 10am-5pm and Saturday 8am-12pm.

Here is What You Can Expect:

  • Providing and obtaining necessary paperwork from patients for their orthopaedic appointment.
  • Communicating with patients that may not be pleasant at times yet are grateful for our guidance and assistance in getting them back to living.
  • Sitting at a desk for extended periods of time working on a computer that may seem unnatural.

  • Professional. Display a high-level of professionalism when interacting with patients and clinical staff members.
  • Multi-tasker. Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time while staying organized.
  • Experience. Prior experience working in a medical front office role or similar preferred.
  • Curiosity. You practice the art of listening asking clarifying questions and avoiding interrupting patients and co-workers.
  • Dependability. Ensures patients receive timely care promotes a reliable healthcare environment and supports the overall efficiency of the team.
