THE POSITION

Food preparation cooking and presentation of all food offerings
Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating as well as allergens and dietary requirements
Ensure all OH&S compliance is achieved and wastage is kept to a minimum
Excellent customer service and communication skills

THE PERSON

Availability to work part-time hours
Excellent knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements
Ability to work autonomously
Attention to detail and great time management is a must
Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
