The Data Analyst III is responsible for the cancellation and reactivations of solutions of RealPage products. The overall process for cancelling a solution starts from receiving cancellation requests through the final deactivation/reactivation of the solution; it will require data analysis mapping the solutions to understand all impacts reporting and monitoring at various stages within the process and testing the solution after cancellation to ensure no negative impact to the client.
Handle the full lifecycle of RealPage product and service cancellations/reactivations ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
Oversee the disabling of each solution and analyze the product mix for accuracy.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert or Point of Contact for ALL product group/s.
Assist in managing the Cancellations inbox to ensure timely response to inquiries.
Engaged in day-to-day communication with internal customers through various channels such as emails web-based platforms shared mailbox etc.
Process cancellations within Salesforce closing at least 60 cancellation records per day with product handle time considered.
Collaborates with Implementations Customer Success and Product Management teams to perform PMC and site level audits for active/inactive products.
Backlog Management involves grooming the backlog regularly in making necessary changes and updates refine items in collaboration with internal partners and stakeholders.
Responsible for preparing and delivering cancellation/reactivation reports to stakeholders as requested.
Identify and complete process improvements and/or automation initiatives within and outside our group.
Conducts training for new Data Analyst as well as developing effective onboarding plan related to products and services handled by Cancellations Team
Assist in managing the Cancellations inbox to ensure timely response to inquiries if needed.
Act as POC for the team when DA IV and Team Lead is not around
Perform periodic reviews of cancellation/reactivation transactions to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
Helping most external and internal quality assurance of the work produced by teammates to ensure it meets department quality standards.
Process 6 Quality Audit per Analyst per Week

Bachelors degree on related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as clients developers supervisors and teammates
With 1 year/s experience in using Salesforce managing data with Access Excel data editors.
Must have an affinity for troubleshooting and problem solving
