Location: Logan Health Primary Care 1287 Burns Way Kalispell MT
Schedule: Full-Time 30 hours per week 10 hour shifts

Our team delivers a full spectrum of primary care services including family medicine preventive care chronic disease management and wellness support. Were seeking a Registered or Certified Medical Assistant to join our dynamic patient-focused team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meaningful patient interactions thrives in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for exams procedures and provider visits.

• Obtain and record accurate vital signs health histories and medication information.

• Assist providers with in-office procedures immunizations and lab testing.

• Perform specimen collection labeling and documentation per protocol.

• Support care coordination follow-up calls and patient education.

• Manage workload messages medication refills and provider communications.

• Maintain exam rooms equipment and supplies according to infection control and safety standards.

• Contribute to a positive clinic atmosphere through teamwork and communication.

What Were Looking For

• Current RMA or CMA credential recognized in Montana (or eligible upon hire).

• Prior clinic or outpatient experience preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask stay organized and maintain accuracy in a busy setting.
