Job Summary

Under clinical supervision assists in the delivery of patient care and treatment according to policies and procedures and Logan Health MAU/UAP scope of practice. Provides administrative support and works collaboratively with Physicians Advanced Practice Clinicians RNs LPNs and other department staff to meet the physical psychosocial education and spiritual needs of the patient and family.

Location: Logan Health Primary Care 1287 Burns Way Kalispell MT
Schedule: Full-Time 30 hours per week 10 hour shifts

Were seeking a Registered or Certified Medical Assistant to join our dynamic patient-focused team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meaningful patient interactions thrives in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and prepare patients for exams procedures and provider visits.

  • Obtain and record accurate vital signs health histories and medication information.

  • Assist providers with in-office procedures immunizations and lab testing.

  • Perform specimen collection labeling and documentation per protocol.

  • Support care coordination follow-up calls and patient education.

  • Manage workload messages medication refills and provider communications.

  • Maintain exam rooms equipment and supplies according to infection control and safety standards.

  • Contribute to a positive clinic atmosphere through teamwork and communication.

What Were Looking For

  • Current RMA or CMA credential recognized in Montana (or eligible upon hire).

  • Prior clinic or outpatient experience preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask stay organized and maintain accuracy in a busy setting.

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
