Salary Grade and Salary Range: NC02 $31200 - $ 51249
Management prefers applicants with the following:
Considerable knowledge of office procedures methods and practices
Experience in using Windows 7 (or greater) Microsoft Office (MS Word Excel Outlook) and Internet Explorer
Experience in gathering and giving information and instructions
Skilled in working with people with courtesy and tact utilizing customer service skills
Skill in supervising or coordinating the work of other staff and temporary employees as needed in the absence of supervisor
Minimum Education and Experience

High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and one year of administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
