What you will do


Reporting to the Vice President Applied & IREF Equipment Sales Americas will be responsible for establishing and executing the sales operating model and supporting the business go to market strategy. The function will work with the EqNA sales organization in developing sales infrastructure through processes KPIs and technology enhancements and product/systems training. The role will lead a direct Regional Sales Manager team while working cross functionally with sales data analytics finance information technology & human resources in the development delivery and management of sales tools sale reporting sales planning / forecasting and critical KPIs.

How you will do it

Partner with Field Sales Organization in the development and execution of the sales operating mode. Provide support to sales organization on go to market & channel strategy

Develop robust sales forecasting & planning model that supports a multi-channel go to market strategy

Development and execution of technology improvements to be aligned to Sales Strategy

Own the ongoing roadmap design and development of Solution Navigator the JCI Digital Marketplace

Progress sales efficiency through standard sales processes. Implement balanced business and technology improvement plans to complete analytics strategy

Development of programs to advance commercial analytics capabilities through data driven strategies

Supports sales strategy across all product business units to ensure their direction and goals are accurately aligned. Maintains a balanced perspective of the business and the company.

Act as a Change Agent to systematically drive and implement process changes throughout the business.

What we look for
Required

  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and complexity to take calculated risks to solve problems forge new paths for growth and achieve ambitious goals

  • Experience in leading a direct team while also influencing indirect Sales Organizations

  • Expertise of selling through and handling various Channels to market

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Bachelors Degree Required MBA or masters degree a plus

  • Proven experience in Analytics Business Intelligence and/or Statistics

  • Demonstrated ability in a people management role

  • Able to Travel 40% of the time

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $158000 - 237000 (Salary to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual group and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
