Role Specifics and Benefits: As a Med Surg RN youll provide direct evidence-based nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients. Your responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments accurate medication administration IV therapy wound and ostomy care post-surgical monitoring early detection of complications and proactive discharge planning. Youll collaborate with physicians case managers physical therapists pharmacists and family members to tailor care plans advocate for patient needs and educate patients and caregivers for home recovery.
