Job Description:
Full-Time Position 8 hour Shift - 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; Set Schedule work every other weekend.
$16.52/hour PLUS $3/hour differential for every hour worked; Equals $19.52 per hour!
Clean members rooms restrooms and facility offices to include walls windows and ceilings. Remove laundry from living areas; may assist with delivery of clean linen and personals to residents rooms. Empty trash containers carpet care including vacuuming spot removal & shampooing and perform other floor cleaning duties mop and other duties as assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: No specific education training or experience is required for entry to this class.
Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge and cleaning experience in commercial business hospital medical building or long-term care facility; Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.Clean and disinfect bathroom fixtures furniture andfloors using disinfectants and chemicals; wash walls windows and ceilings; sweep mop scrub strip and refinish waxand polish floor surfaces; empty containers replace liners remove trash from buildings; clean public areas to ensurehigh standards of sanitation and safety; remove and wash/launders soiled rags mop heads and cleaning items as needed.
Other: Must be at least 18 years of age.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of facility standards of sanitation and cleaning procedures. Ability to: follow written oral instructions; operate and maintain cleaning equipment and mix cleaning solutions in proper proportions. Ability to operate heavy commercial cleaning equipment and to move/lift up to 75 lbs. push/pull up to 50 lbs.
