Job Description
We are a 115 year old butcher shop and food service company seeking a reliable and professional Highway Part-Time Delivery Driver to join our team in Philadelphia PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering orders to customers 2 days a week in a company truck. This route departs at 2am from Philadelphia on Tuesdays and Fridays and will result in about 14 hours worked each day.
Responsibilities
- Deliver fresh meat orders 2 times a week in a company truck.
- Depart Philadelphia at 2am on Tuesdays and Fridays.
- Operate a company small truck or van safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic and safety regulations.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and report any issues or delays to management.
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- CDL not required but preferred.
- Experience driving an 8 skid box truck.
- Ability to work early mornings.
- Professional attitude and excellent customer service skills.
