Job Summary

Schwartz Truck Center is currently seeking a Truck Service Manager to join our team. Prior Truck Service Manager experience is required. We are willing to consider Truck Service Advisor experience as well.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience or knowledge of writing repair order warranty and internals
  • We prefer experience working with Medium/Heavy Duty Diesel Trucks
  • Attend factory-sponsored training classes.
  • Must be willing to become HINOCertified
  • Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
  • Must have clean & valid drivers license
  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Mechanical and Technical knowledge

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise direct a team of diesel mechanics.
  • Schedule and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the service department ensuring quality and timely completion of repair and maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Stay updated with industry standards regulations and best practices to ensure adherence to legal and environmental requirements.
