The Department of Family Medicine and Community Health is interested in a Family Medicine physician to join the UW Health Sun Prairie Clinic. This physician faculty will provide the full spectrum of family medicine skills and patient care with maternity care (OB) and newborn rounding being optional. This position will be involved in clinical teaching of medical students and other learners. This position may involve academic scholarly work.
Duties will include provision of clinical care of patients clinical teaching of medical students and other learners participation in clinical faculty call schedule (phone call only) nursing home visits departmental meetings and performing administrative duties as necessary in the position. Position may include optional participation in obstetrics/maternity care and/or newborn rounding. If practicing OB would be part of shared OB call group.
The successful applicant may participate in administrative and committee work to support the clinical and scholarly missions of UW Health and the School of Medicine and Public Health. An essential part of these duties will be working in a collegial relationship with other faculty members.

WI medial license or eligible for license by start date of position.
Board-certified or board eligible by American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP) by start date of position.
Completion of a US Family Medicine residency by the start date of the position.
For an appointment at Associate Professor or Professor rank on CT or CHS track candidates will meet criteria established by the department and as outlined in the School of Medicine and Public Health guidelines for promotion or appointment to Associate or Professor on the CHS or CT track.
MD or DO or equivalent required.
