Job Description:

A member of the Practice Solutions Team this job works closely with the Regional Business Development Officer (RBDO). Once new business relationships have been identified and established by the RBDO the Relationship Account Officer (RAO) is responsible for soliciting new business from established sources designing and implementing appropriate sales programs for the client collecting and preparing the financial package for submission to underwrite for approval and closing loans. Key responsibilities include providing financial solutions to meet clients business needs and help them build grow and expand their practice

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the end-to-end process in Practice Solutions by packaging transactions for underwriting and providing specialized financing solutions to select small business owners

  • Builds and deepens relationships based on the clients financial needs and goals

  • Delivers an exceptional client experience by focusing on helping clients build grow and expand their business

  • Interacts with multiple departments to support client in closing of the loans

  • Responsible for managing backlog of prospecting clients
