Exciting role for an experienced intellectual property lawyer in a leading practice
Associate / Senior Associate -IP (Brands) - Cambridge or London with hybrid working
This role would be suitable for either a Solicitor or Trademark Attorney

Associate / Senior Associate -IP (Brands) - Cambridge or London with hybrid working
This role would be suitable for either a Solicitor or Trademark Attorney
Client

Role
- A varied range of IP advisory and disputes work particularly in relation to soft IP matters
- Advise a wide range of clients through all stages of the IP lifecycle from audits and strategy development to clearance registration enforcement and licensing
- Devise effective risk management strategies and coordinate multi-jurisdictional advice and enforcement matters
- Playing an active role in business development as part of wider team and department efforts
- 2 years PQE
- Experience in knowledge of and ideally passion for intellectual property law
- Able to manage a wide portfolio of brands work supported by a Partner and wider team
- Experience working with WIPO UKIPO and EUIPO
