Were looking for two part-time Catering Assistants at University of Wollongong! Perfect if you want to pick up extra hours around your studies or enjoy a great worklife balance shifts finish early and were flexible. Located close to North Wollongong Station with parking available this role comes with full training and a supportive team giving you valuable experience and investment in your future.

Fantastic worklife balance just 16 hours per week with shifts finishing no later than 8:30 PM

The Position

Assist the kitchen to prepare and present food and beverages
Provide friendly customer service
Fast paced environment
Operate the till to take orders and process transactions
Collaborating effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations
Adhering to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices.

The Person

Experience with customer service and basic food handling experience is desired
Some experience with coffee making is advantageous
Current Working with Children Check or ability to obtain
Have strong organisational skills
Excels in high-pressure environments
Thrives in collaborative small-team settings
Possesses hands on experience with POS systems
Friendly customer-oriented attitude
Being flexible to handle diverse tasks from food prep to cleaning based on the needs at that time.
