As a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol Rounds in Atlanta GA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas conduct routine rounds and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will respond to alarms and guest requests document observations and communicate clearly with staff and visitors while supporting a welcoming experience. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests staff and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities within a hotel and resort environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including guest disputes noise complaints medical calls and fire or alarm activations.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of lobbies corridors stairwells parking areas and the property perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or irregular conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe for unauthorized entry suspicious behavior or policy violations and coordinate with hotel management and/or local responders as needed.
• Complete routine logs and incident reports communicate shift activity during post transitions and support special events or peak occupancy periods as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
