Job Summary
Hospice of Marion County a Part of Empath Health is seeking a Weekend Access Manager to join our Mission Advancement Department Admissions/Care Navigation team. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring patients and families receive timely compassionate and high-quality care.
This role is 40 hours a week Monday through Thursday 10-hour shifts during the week in Marion County serving as a key leadership presence on weekends to support access operations and uphold the mission of Empath Health

What Youll Do
- Serve as an integral member of the leadership access team within the Mission Advancement Department Admissions/Care Navigation.
- Represent and communicate Empath Healths Mission and Vision to the community.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations as well as standards of care from accreditation agencies.
- Maintain high-quality patient care in alignment with organizational objectives policies and best practices.
- Plan coordinate implement and evaluate services provided to patients and families to ensure excellence and continuity of care.

What Youll Need
- Education and/or Experience: Bachelors degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; Masters degree preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years Hospice experience with at least two years of management experience preferred.
- Seven to ten total years experience as an RN preferred.
- Licensure: RN
- Must have reliable transportation which will enable them to perform tasks and responsibilities in a timely and appropriate fashion. Must provide proof of valid automobile insurance a copy of which will be placed in the employees HR file.
