Job Summary
JOB HIGHLIGHTS
Qualifications:
- Some industrial cleaning experience prefered but will train person with interest in janitorial duties
Responsibilities:
- Act independently to plan and schedule workload.
- Make independent decisions.
- Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and safely use various industrial cleaning solutions.
- Recognize safety concerns and report them to supervisor.
- Clean offices conference room entrance areas restrooms and cafeteria.
- This position requires use of a company email address which requires an application to be downloaded on your personal cell phone for multi-factor authentication (MFA) to ensure cyber security.
- Reliable vehicle (unless determined exempt with HR.)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to produce at required rate and quality of assigned job.
- Ability to facilitate and respond to verbal written computerized communications.
- Mobility to access various locations within ODC facility.
- Ability to perform quality inspection according to ODCs and/or customers requirements.
- Bending squatting twisting reaching standing sitting walking frequently required.
- Lifting 25 35 lbs frequently up to 60 pounds occasionally
