Job Summary

Job Description:

Secure the Personnel Safety at the Site

Create a culture for the Project that values the safety of Associates Contractors Visitors etc.
Oversee the completion of a multi-phase PRP review throughout the Project.
Develop and manage a process at the Project Site that systematically evaluates risks and hazards.
Implement actions that eliminate and mitigate these hazards.

Lead the Execution of the Project

Ensure that the project objectives for Safety Security Q&FS Scope Schedule Budget and Hand-Over are accomplished.
Define a clear RACI to define roles and responsibilities.
Establish and manage the maintenance of a dashboard and reporting format to track the objectives.
Perform periodic communications to convey the status of the Project.

Ensure Site Communication and Alignment

Align the goals of the Project with all stakeholders
Communicate Project-related activities to the Site Contractors and Partners.

Perform communication sessions to convey Project status.
Alert and escalate all subject topic timeline or budget deviation versus initial plan.
Direct the construction of periodic and quarterly report for communication at RC Global.

Manage the Project Team

Lead the Project Team in the execution.
Assign areas of responsibility and direct Team members to manage the execution within their perimeters.
Provide development opportunities for Team members to expand their skills and experiences.

Direct the Final Project Evaluations

Conduct the hand-over of the Projects installations to the Local Supply Team.
Complete the PRP Review through up to an including an Operational Acceptance Review.
Complete a Post Implementation Review (PIR) of the completed project.
