Job Summary
Apt Resources is proud to partner with a prestigious luxury property in the Red Sea Saudi Arabia to find dynamic and professional Waiters/Waitresses. This exclusive venue is known for its exceptional service and high-end dining experiences and we are looking for individuals who are dedicated to providing outstanding food and beverage service to guests.
As a Waiter/Waitress you will be responsible for creating a memorable dining experience by delivering impeccable service taking accurate orders and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fine dining etiquette and demonstrate a passion for the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings
- Take and serve orders promptly and accurately
- Ensure that tables are set up according to the highest standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and make adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Process payments and handle cash or card transactions
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a guest-focused mindset and a positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant hospitality training is an advantage
- Must be willing to relocate to KSA.
