Job Summary

CONMED is seeking aSr.Marketing Associateto support marketing efforts related to the orthopedic Sports Medicine side of its business. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual interested in marketing and healthcare.

The role will be focused on supporting CONMEDs Knee and Biologics portfolio. This individual will provide tactical support to the downstream product management team in this key business segment and will have an opportunity to directly impact the achievement of CONMEDs strategic goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide marketing support for product launches field sales support and other marketing activities as required
Help generate marketing collateral key messages and product training to ensure that the domestic and international sales teams are fully equipped to sell products/solutions
Collect sound market research data to support conclusions recommendations trends market changes in order to prepare tactics and strategies for growth of the orthopedic Knee portfolio
Attend major conventions to meet with both external and internal stakeholders
On occasion may work with surgeons and sales representatives in operating room and laboratory environments to support and promote CONMEDs products

Desired Skills and experience

2 years of relevant sales or marketing experience medical device experience preferred
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Science Biomedical Engineering or other related discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products (e.g. Excel PowerPoint Word)
Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment
30%-50% domestic travel under normal working conditions.

This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Disclosure as required by applicable state law the annual salary for this position is $85000 plus bonus opportunity. This is CONMEDs good faith belief at the time of this posting.
