Job Summary
Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee is seeking compassionate and reliable Weekend Caregivers to join our team in Knoxville TN. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing quality care during weekends. Caregivers will work flexible weekend shifts and receive weekly pay for their valuable service.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and companionship to clients during weekend shifts
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing dressing meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Monitor clients well-being and report any changes to the care team
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families to meet their care needs
Requirements
- Compassionate and patient attitude with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to work weekends and some flexibility with scheduling
- Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes in Knoxville TN
- Pass background checks and meet all company and state requirements
