What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings production areas parking areas and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or policy violations.
• Control access at entry points by verifying identification issuing temporary badges maintaining visitor logs and directing visitors to designated areas in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to alarms incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner providing initial actions and timely notifications to site contacts and/or public responders when required.
• Document patrol activity access control actions and incident details in written and/or electronic reports and communicate relevant information during shift turnovers.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 years of security experience is required.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
