Job Summary

Red Star 3D are seeking a PIPELINE TD to join the company for exciting upcoming projects.

This role will involve the successful candidate taking responsibility for the pipeline at Red Star working with department leads to meet their production needs and ensuring the efficient functioning of the production pipeline at all times as well as developing and supporting tools and working in partnership with other co-producing animation studios.

Responsibilities

Manage pipeline between Maya Arnold Houdini Shotgrid and Comp (Blackmagic Fusion) and Edit (Adobe Photoshop)
Manage / edit / develop in-house tools
Help artists with tools / provide tech support

Skills & Requirements

Must haves

Five years production experience (minimum)
Experience with Maya Arnold Houdini and Shotgrid
Thorough knowledge of Python Maya API Shotgrid
Thorough knowledge of Linux and Windows

Nice to haves

Knowledge of software licensing
General IT experience

Details

Contract term: Full time - Start Immediately
Salary: negotiable
Whilst this is a fully remote position due to the way our projects are funded candidates MUST be physically based in the UK or EU to be eligible and a strong preference will be given to UK-based candidates.
