Job Description:
Job Duties:
-Make cabin and lodge room reservations for guests in person and over the phone giving information on specific cabin types pricing and activity information for time of stay.
-Maintain reservation system records and coordinate with other park offices to make sure that cabins are clean and maintained for incoming guests.
-Work with our Group Functions department to schedule and reserve group rental facilities.
-Provide park information and related services to visitors and staff by phone or in person.
-Sell park permits and other resale items.
-Perform related duties as required.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: At least three months experience working in a recreational area scenic attraction hospitality historical retail or customer service setting agricultural setting or related coursework/training.
