Position Purpose
Provides continuous observation and surveillance of assigned nursing staff if the patientrequiresassistancecontrolor other nursingintervention. Knowledgeable and supportive of patients the confidentiality of HIPAA protected information and other related hospital policies.
Shifts Available: 7:00 pm 7:00 am
Status available:Full-time
Every Other Weekend and 3 Holidays per yearrequiredfor Full-time and Part-time team members.
Required Qualifications:
Education
High school diploma or GED.
Whatyou willdo:
Follows suicide protection policy
Assist RN and assistive staff as directed within scope of job description including ADLs (feeding oral care bathing and toileting).
Contact RN with signs of pain or change in patient condition.
Follow Fall Risk precautions.
