Job Title: Call Centre Representative (Bilingual Required)

Pay Rate: $35 per Hour
Position Summary:
A well-established organization in New York City is seeking a professional and customer-focused Bilingual Call Centre Representative. The ideal candidate will manage inbound and/or outbound calls assist customers with inquiries resolve concerns efficiently and provide accurate information while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and/or outgoing customer calls
Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information
Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
Document call details and update information in internal systems
Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 Years of Call Center or Customer Service Experience
Bilingual Skills Required (Language requirements based on facility needs)
Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Excellent Active Listening Skills
Strong Problem-Solving Abilities and Attention to Detail
Comfortable Working in a Fast-Paced Environment
Computer Literate with Experience Navigating Multiple Systems
