Job Summary

YOU..

design implement and optimize API architectures using Kong as an API gateway
manage and scale API services in GCP including load balancing authentication (JWT OAuth ACLs) and monitoring
automate CI/CD pipelines for API-driven and cloud-based applications
implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Pulumi preferably in GCP environments
configure maintain and scale the Kong API Gateway including plugin development for extended functionalities (e.g. rate limiting request/response transformation and security policies)
develop and maintain integration solutions between various software systems databases and cloud services

Qualifications :

YOU

have strong expertise in GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and experience with cloud architectures
have hands-on experience with Kong API Gateway (configuration plugins scaling) as well as other API management tools (e.g. Apigee or AWS API Gateway)
are familiar with API specifications (OpenAPI Swagger) and API design principles and you have experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI GitHub Actions) and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi
have programming skills in scripting languages (e.g. Python Bash) and ideally also in Go Java or
have experience with containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and monitoring tools (Prometheus Grafana ELK stack)
have professional-level English skills both written and spoken
