Job Summary
- Ensure stable and secure operation of all live data products providing 2nd and 3rdlevel support across Snowflake DBT Streamlit and Power BI.
- Partner closely with the delivery team to drive new data solution development and to implement significant enhancements to existing products.
- Troubleshoot incidents perform rootcause analyses and manage small enhancements and configuration updates.
- Monitor data pipelines system health and KPIs while maintaining alerts dashboards and SLA/SLO compliance.
- Maintain documentation configurations access controls and support lifecycle planning of data products.
- Collaborate with engineering architecture and business teams communicating incidents changes and user guidance clearly.
Qualifications :
- Strong hands-on familiarity with Snowflake SQL and DBT operational workflows.
- Working knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g. Python SQL JavaScript) for automation data processing or integration tasks)
- Understanding of modern data pipelines ELT patterns and data-product lifecycle.
- Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Snowflake dashboards Power BI custom Streamlit apps).
- Understanding of software product deployment and CI/CD concepts.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) structured problemsolving ownership mindset and crossfunctional collaboration.
