Job Summary

  • Welcome guests to the hotel
  • Take initiative on ways to improve service
  • Ensure public areas are well kept and tidy
  • Communicate requests to departments promptly.
  • Customer service oriented
  • Upsell reservations/packages & actively promote our loyalty program

Qualifications :

You will be:

  • Flexible and reliable with availability to work weekends and a variety of shifts

  • Detail-oriented demonstrating a high level of accuracy and care in all tasks

  • An exceptional communicator with proven skills both in person and over the phone

  • Guest-focused able to anticipate needs and respond with genuine care and empathy
