Job Summary
- Welcome guests to the hotel
- Take initiative on ways to improve service
- Ensure public areas are well kept and tidy
- Communicate requests to departments promptly.
- Customer service oriented
- Upsell reservations/packages & actively promote our loyalty program
Qualifications :
You will be:
Flexible and reliable with availability to work weekends and a variety of shifts
Detail-oriented demonstrating a high level of accuracy and care in all tasks
An exceptional communicator with proven skills both in person and over the phone
Guest-focused able to anticipate needs and respond with genuine care and empathy
