Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and responsible Wonderful Scholar for full time 8-week this position you will gain hands on professional experience and learn how the department runs. This position is located at Eastide in Shafter CA.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in electrical design which consists of thermo graphic surveys and equipment classification.
- Assist in project design which consists of arc flash analysis project/calculations.
- AutoCAD Design
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning.
- Assist in the development and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in conducting Job Hazard Analysis to identify and mitigate workplace risks.
- Support troubleshooting problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
- Shadow employees in the maintenance department to gain hands-on exposure to equipment maintenance preventative maintenance procedures troubleshooting techniques and reliability practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be Wonderful Scholar in junior or senior year of college
- Must be 18 years of age
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-directed and able to work autonomously
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Enrolled in accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program with studies focused in Agmechanics Engineering Operations or a related field
- Passion for agriculture industry
- Bil-lingual: English and Spanish
- Pay rate: $18.50/hour.
