Report To:Branch Customer Service Manager
Job Content:
- 提供顧客優質服務 支援並與理財業務團隊合作以達成各項績效指標
- 發掘潛在業務機會與客戶服務需求
- 轉介潛在客戶予業務人員
- 處理帳戶服務 貸款作業 及現金/非現金交易
- 處理客戶服務相關問題
- 減少臨櫃交易並增加自動化系統交易處理比例
Skills Requirements:
- 大專以上畢
- 具金融業服務經驗者
- 需具備英文基本溝通能力
- 積極主動有業務潛質
License/Qualification Requirement:
- 須具備信託業務人員金融市場常識與職業道德證照
- Officer須具備內控證照
