Position Overview
As a Home Care Occupational Therapist (OT) at Trinity Health At Home youll provide professional services to the agencys clients in accordance with the plan of care as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with the states professional practice act for occupational therapy and any applicable licensure/certification requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of Michigan
Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience
Graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum
Will consider New Graduates
Must be able to function in an environment with minimal direct supervision accepting personal responsibility for maintaining professional relationships with the agencys clients and their families
Must accept responsibility for maintaining clinical practice skills learning and adhering to agencys policies and procedures on an on-going basis.
Home healthcare experience preferred.
Must have a current Drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work site.
