Hours: M-F: 7:30AM-5:30PM EST
Dykstras Auto part of the GreatWater 360 Auto Care family is growing and were looking for a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor whos ready to build a long-term career in an exceptional shop environment. If you thrive on helping customers keeping workflow organized and supporting a high-performing team we want to meet you.
What Youll Do
- Deliver a welcoming professional customer experience
- Write service recommendations & manage repair orders
- Communicate clearly between customers and technicians
- Source parts manage inventory & maintain workflow
- Follow up with customers and support sales execution
- Use workflow software invoicing tools & Microsoft applications
