The Customer Experience & Support Coordinator plays a dual role within the organization supporting front desk operations while actively contributing to Customer Service Sales Support and New Account Onboarding. This position serves as a central point of communication between customers sales representatives e-commerce accounts and internal departments ensuring a seamless customer experience and smooth operational execution across the company.
