Position: Extrusion Operator
Location: Osceola WI
Hours:3rdShift 12am to 8am
Must be able to train on 1stShift
Pay: $23.00 per hour

Position Overview Extrusion Operator
In this role you will be responsible for safely setting up and operating extrusion machinery to produce high-quality plastic cable products. Youll work hands-on with modern equipment troubleshoot issues and ensure production goals are met while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Set up operate and monitor extrusion machines to manufacture plastic cables
Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve production issues to minimize downtime
Accurately follow production schedules and job specifications
Maintain quality standards by inspecting products and ensuring adherence to guidelines
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety protocols
What You Bring
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous experience in manufacturing preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills
Ability to read interpret and follow technical instructions
Solid problem-solving and basic math skills
Detail-oriented dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team
