Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Training Specialist to lead the design implementation and evaluation of corporate training programs that enhance employee performance and organizational effectiveness.

This role is critical in supporting business growth through structured learning initiatives aligned with company KPIs operational goals and talent development strategies within the Dominican Republic market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) across departments.

• Design and deliver technical soft skills leadership and onboarding programs.

• Develop training materials (manuals presentations e-learning content).

• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions.

• Track and measure training effectiveness using KPIs and post-training evaluations.

• Support performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate onboarding and employee development programs.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and Dominican labor regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration Education or related field.

• 25 years of experience in Training Learning & Development or Talent Development.

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.

• Experience designing structured training programs.

• Analytical mindset with ability to measure impact and ROI.

• English level B1/B2 minimum (required for multinational or bilingual environments).

• Experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
