Key Responsibilities:
- Support travelers via chat email and online platforms with various travel-related requests

Manage bookings for flights hotels car rentals and activities including changes and cancellations

Provide clear and accurate details about itineraries travel requirements baggage rules and refund procedures

Assist with account issues payment inquiries and loyalty or rewards programs

Recognize urgent or complex situations such as delays or missed connections and escalate when necessary

Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems

Work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain consistent service quality

Achieve established quality standards productivity targets and response-time goals

Stay informed about travel policies destination updates system tools and operational improvements
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Croatian (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
