Role Overview
As an IT Intern you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth deployment and management of our internal and external tech infrastructure. You will work on building production-ready code enhancing networking infrastructure and providing solutions to technical challenges across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in deploying production-ready software ensuring smooth integration and operation across cloud-based and on-premise systems.
• Support the configuration and ongoing maintenance of networking infrastructure including routers firewalls and VPNs.
• Contribute to building and automating CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development-to-deployment process.
• Help troubleshoot technical issues and assist development teams in resolving production-related challenges.
• Monitor system performance and assist in optimizing IT infrastructure for enhanced scalability and uptime.
• Document systems configurations and best practices to improve operational efficiency and knowledge sharing within the team.

Role-relevant Skills

• A Bachelors/Masters degree in IT Computer Science or a related field.
• IT Infrastructure Management: Knowledge of networking infrastructure including routers firewalls and VPNs to maintain secure and scalable systems.
• Deployment & CI/CD: Experience in deploying production-ready code and managing CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and seamless deployment.
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud services (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) for system deployment and management.
• System Monitoring & Optimization: Ability to monitor system performance and optimize infrastructure for better efficiency and uptime.
• Troubleshooting: Skilled in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to networking deployment and systems.
• Documentation: Ability to create clear and concise documentation for system configurations processes and troubleshooting.
